VisiFlow is designed primarily for on-premises deployment. Your data stays on your servers, giving you complete control over security and compliance. There are optional cloud-based services which unlock convenience while keeping your data local and private.
How does licensing work?
VisiFlow uses annual subscription licensing. Your license includes the base software, capacity limits, and access to updates for the subscription period. Support and maintenance (SSA) is purchased separately.
Can I upgrade my tier mid-year?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time. We'll pro-rate the difference for the remaining months in your subscription period.
What's included in the Support & Maintenance Agreement?
SSA includes access to all software updates, security patches, and bug fixes released during your subscription period. It also includes technical support based on your selected support tier.
