Is VisiFlow a cloud or on-premises solution?
All three options are available: run VisiFlow on your own infrastructure, choose our hosted cloud-only SaaS service, or combine on-premises and hosted services in a hybrid setup. Our team can help you choose what fits your sites and data policies.
How does licensing work?
Purchase your VisiFlow license and licensed add-ons once. Renew software maintenance annually, along with any selected support, SaaS hosting, or cloud services. Support is optional and separate from software maintenance. On-premises is the default; hosted SaaS is available with standard hosting, single-region high availability, or multi-region high availability. Each option includes hosting without a second base license charge. The calculator lists maintenance, optional support, and hosting separately. For hybrid deployments, add Cloud Data Entry or Cloud Visit Validation to your on-premises plan using the calculator. The calculator shows your first-year total. Subsequent years exclude the upfront license and licensed add-ons; final renewal pricing and implementation are confirmed in your quote.

How is Software Maintenance different from Technical Support?
